Generate leads for the real estate listings they were selling
Increase the number of followers on their Instagram page
Conducted a target audience analysis and defined the geographic regions for launching ads.
We started with 1–2 campaigns per GEO with small budgets (as the ad account was new, the daily budget had to be scaled gradually).
Since the client already had video content on their Instagram profile, we used these videos to launch traffic campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and growing the follower base.
- Ran one property per one GEO
- Ran multiple properties in different directions
- Tested creatives with and without price tags
- Applied different budget levels across campaigns
- We tested different GEOs: Europe, Asia, the USA, the UK, the Baltics, and Eastern countries.
Once the daily budget was increased and creatives were ready, we launched lead generation campaigns using lead forms to collect inquiries. (Traffic campaigns continued running on an ongoing basis.)
Simultaneously, we developed technical briefs for both static and video creatives to promote the properties for sale.
We started working on this project in April 2025.
