Generate leads for real estate properties
Increase the number of followers on the page
Conducted an audience analysis and defined the geographic locations for targeting.
- We tested creatives with and without pricing information.
- We launched one property per one GEO.
- We tested different GEOs: Europe, Asia, and the USA. Later, we focused on Europe and one specific property at the client's request.
- We used varying budgets across campaigns.
Once the daily budget increased and creatives were ready, we launched lead generation ads via lead forms, keeping one post running on traffic.
Integrated lead capture directly into the client’s CRM, significantly improving lead quality feedback and communication.
The main challenge was that Meta imposed a $50/day spend limit, which effectively restricted our ability to fully test and scale campaigns.
Launched existing posts with a traffic objective to increase awareness, attract followers, and warm up the new ad account. Later, we shifted focus toward lead generation.
Simultaneously, we created technical briefs for static ad creatives for the properties that needed to be sold.
Adapted the ad strategy to Meta’s constraints, focusing on fewer but higher-quality leads through GEO testing and ongoing feedback from the client.
We started working on this project in April 2025.
